It's passive Progress Speed increase paired with its 25% stab chance that briefly stuns the fish and advances bar progress by 10% (ignores Progress Speed reductions) make it an excellent rod for XP grinding, catching fish faster and a decent rod for money grinding due to the mutationSolarblaze it gives.
