Rod Of The Depths

The Rod Of The Depths is an end-game rod with low resilience but high overall stats and a unique passive. The passive manifests a stand/ghost for the player of their current avatar that floats behind them. Every 3rd Catch, the stand will give the player a random fish from the location they are in (it may also come with a mutation).
