The Heaven's Rod is a great stage 7 rod only obtained after level 220 due to its large control bar, decent resilience, impressive luck stat and great money making passive thanks to its ability to catch fish with the Heavenly mutation at a chance of 35%, which goes for 6x the selling price. However, it does lack lure speed.
