Whisker Bill

The Whisker Bill is a Mythical fish obtainable both at the island near the docks, behind the lighthouse, and on the back side of Moosewood. Due to its high rarity, it makes for a challenging catch, moving erratically across the fishing bar. When catching, a -20% progress speed decrease is inflicted on the player.
