Toilet Fish

The Toilet Fish is a Special fish obtainable in the Secret Storm admin event, formerly within the Second Sea. Due to its high rarity, it makes for a challenging catch, moving erratically across the fishing bar. When catching, a -65% progress speed decrease is inflicted on the player.
