The Mossjaw Tail is a Limited that can be found at Roslit Bay, under the bridge at about X: -1704, Y: 155, Z: 368. Due to it's rarity, it makes for a difficult catch, moving erratically across the bar. When reeling it in, a -70% Progress speed is applied.
